Premier Inn Dunfermline

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. First of all, the staff were friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and even printed some documents for me. The location of the hotel was excellent, easy to find and right next to a leisure complex with plenty of facilities. Plus, it was close to the train station and other restaurants that I've enjoyed before. The cleanliness of the rooms was great, and I found my room to be spacious and quiet, despite its location.

Could not be improved in any way.

Staying so close to Odeon Dunfermline and fife leisure park. For tea or coffee visit dobbies garden centres nearby.

We were 300 meters away from Smashburger, that offered quick meals. 5 mins walk away from fife leisure park. It is close enough to the airport, within 21 mins ride...

Great location, comfortable and quiet hotel. Plenty of amenities nearby, such as restaurants, shops, and a cinema. Friendly staff and ample parking.

Some minor issues with the room, such as a burnt table and a soft bed that may not be suitable for those with back problems. , found a brown lump in the bed sheets, which was unpleasant.

The hotel was ok but the Brewers Fayre restaurant next door which the Premier Inn directs you too was shocking!! Bad food, bad service and not very clean!

The hotel offered excellent value for money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was evident throughout our stay. The location of the hotel, surrounded by eateries and entertainment options, was a bonus. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service. The rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities and had decent facilities, including towels. The breakfast offered was satisfying and added to the overall positive experience.

Very expensive at £109 per night presumably because of Edinburgh Festival being on nearby. This is rather cynical condisering that you advertise rooms from £29 and the most I have paid in the past is £65

Having stayed at the same hotel the previous Saturday night, when we occupied a first floor room on the far side, i.e. opposite the car park and main entrance, and had a peaceful stay, this occasion, we were on the ground floor at the front, and adjacent to the car park. This was noisey from both upstairs occupants and from car park users. The annoying disturbance was both at late night and early morning.

This budget-friendly hotel is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and entertainment options, making it an ideal choice for those looking to explore different dining options or enjoy some fun activities. the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the staff provide excellent service with a friendly smile, always available to assist with any requests. Guests can also take advantage of the nearby bus stop or railway station for easy access to other attractions.

Some guests have mentioned occasional noise from other rooms, indicating that the walls may not be adequately soundproofed.

The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Good value breakfast. Great location.

in the retail park, close to all restuarants etc

due to stayin in a disabled room, bathroom door had to slide open and close. This kept getting stuck and had to spend a good 5 minutes each time trying to open it.

Great Location and Friendly Staff This hotel was very well located and the staff were friendly. It was close to many restaurants and entertainment options. the car park was large and easy to find parking spots. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the Wi-Fi was okay and the TV had good channels.

Poor Customer Service and Smelly Room Unfortunately, the customer service was not up to par during this trip. the reception staff was unhelpful and not very welcoming.
